PUMPING STATIONS GPP&GPR

    

The Pumping Groups series GPP and GPR are used for a correct circulation of the water in the main circuit and have been designed with the purpose to offer the best components available today on the market.

The concepts of series GPP - GPR are:

  • modularity

  • easy installation

GPP- GPR - PROFILE

Every Pumping Unit is complete and modular, ready for an immediate use.

High Efficiency centrifugal electro pumps, with special mechanical seal in silicon carbide and electric motor in class EFF1 (series GPP) and 4-poles class F (series GPR)
Modular units with up to four pumps, with anti-vibration couplings for each pump on the delivery and return manifolds.
Available in various models with different capacities, for systems with cooling capacity up to 4,8 MW (4.800 kW)
Delivery and return manifolds made of stainless steel
Switchboards, one for each pump, in line with European standard EN 60204/1 IP 55 protection fitted with main door locking switch, thermal protection for the pumps and connecting terminal block.
Designed for connection with the PMR remote panel  which manages:
The water pressure for correct pump management and detection of any operating anomalies (leakage or broken pipes)
The number of active pumps according to necessities and balancing of operating hours of the pump for equal aging.

Dip galvanized sheet steel basement. Each pump is supplied assembled with one basement. All basements can be easily connected each other.
All Pumping Groups are equipped with adjustable supporting feet, in order to facilitate the coupling with GPS tanks.

AVAILABLE VERSIONS - ACCESSORIES

Standard Pressure Pump (SP):
to maintain the circuit at about 3 bar of pressure
High Pressure Pumps (HP):
to maintain the circuit at about 4 bar of pressure

(on request) pumping groups with different pressures
Insulation Kit:
(on request) insulation of pumping group, for low operating temperatures.
Pump Kit:
Additional Pump, complete with control panel and basement. The extension with additional Pump Kit of an existing pumping group can be realized fast and easily on both sides.

GPH – PROFILE

The GPH pumping units are designed to be combined with HGL water chillers.

Two versions are available:

  • TM composed by a single pump for water circulation between chiller and an external tank
  • TS composed by one pump for water circulation between chiller and tank, one pump for the process (process pump) to supply water to a closed loop circuit and an insulated buffer tank with internal septum
  • Available in several models with cooling capacity up to 950 kW
  • Manifolds made of stainless steel
  • High performance centrifugal pumps (in stainless steel up to the GPH 660) fitted with special mechanical seals and class F electric motor
  • One Electrical Switchboard for each pump, in line with European standard EN 60204/1, IP 55 protection fitted with main door interlocking switch, thermal protection for the pumps and connecting terminal block
  • Dip galvanized sheet steel basement

GPE - PROFILE

The pumping units of GPE series are utilized together  with the adiabatic liquid cooler Ecodrygelseries EDK of small cooling capacity, for circulating the cooling water to the process.
Each pumping group is complete, ready for an immediate use.
Available in three models for systems with cooling capacity up to 200 kW.

A tank for filling the system with the proper mixture of water and glycol is included.

The whole station (pump + tank + electrical parts + other accessories) is mounted on a dip galvanized sheet steel basement.
High performance centrifugal pumps fitted with special mechanical seals and class F electric motor.

One Electrical Switchboard for each pump, in line with European standard EN 60204/1, IP 55 protection fitted with main door interlocking switch, thermal protection for the pumps and connecting terminal block.

Valves on both delivery and return of the pump.

Pressure and temperature sensors mounted on the pump delivery and easily connectable to the remote microprocessor control panel (PMR).

KTF - PROFILE

The filter kit (KTF) has been designed to filter the impurities caused by the oxidation of the molds and of the connections in general.  These products allow for a mechanical filtering of the entire plant. They are suitable  for new plants or may be retrofitted to those already in existence.

Main features:

  • High quality stainless steel
  • Minimal pressure  drops (less than 0.1 bar at the maximum delivery with clean filter)
  • Minimal maintenance required (cleaning operations possible even when the unit is functioning)
  • Space saving dimensions

The filter kit includes two pressure probes that may be connected to the PMR5-G to control the filter efficiency level. When the accumulated impurities cause a pressure delta  beyond  0.5 bar an alarm will signal the need for maintenance.

GPS - PROFILE

The GPS buffer tanks are designed to be combined with GPP and GPR line pumping units.

Available versions:

  • Not insulated (V)
  • Not insulated with internal septum (VD)
  • Insulated  with internal septum (VH)
  • Capacity up to 3000 liter.
  • Tank body made entirely of STAINLESS STEEL.
  • Fast release Victaulic® connections.
  • Visual gauge and discharge tap.
  • 3” connection for discharging of “overfill”
